About Lauren

Hi, I’m Lauren (She/Her).

I’m a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist with a Master’s degree in Human Nutrition, specializing in weight-inclusive nutrition counseling for diabetes, metabolic health, GLP-1 support, insulin resistance, and sustainable behavior change.

Food is a powerful way to reconnect with ourselves, each other, and the world around us. My work focuses on helping people build sustainable, shame-free relationships with food through compassionate, individualized support.

As a queer dietitian, parent, and community-oriented person, I understand how overwhelming and conflicting nutrition advice can feel. My goal is to help clients cut through nutrition noise, navigate health concerns with confidence, and build habits that feel practical, sustainable, and supportive long-term.

Outside of counseling, I’m passionate about community nutrition, local food systems, gardening, plant-forward eating, and making nutrition education more accessible and realistic for everyday life.
